What we offer
- Gross Negligence for employees of the Public Administration in respect of financial losses involuntarily caused to third parties as a result of acts or omission for which it is liable while carrying out its duties and/or functions for the Organizations.
- Entity cover in respect of the Insured civil and professional liability arising from financial losses to third parties, as a consequence of culpable activities and omissions committed by one or more employees/administrators, for which the Insured entity is liable by law in the exercise of activities declared within the policy.
