MAG S.p.A. UK Branch is the UK branch of MAG S.p.A., an Italian company controlled by Marine & Aviation S.r.l., which is owned by the Impronta family, active in the insurance market for three generations.

MAG S.p.A. is led by a Board of Directors whose members are Pierluca Impronta (Chairman), Ivo Impronta (CEO), Rosa Alba Impronta, Attilio Impronta and Giuseppe De Spirt.
